Founder & Managing Director RITE International Inc & RITE Education Sdn Bhd

 Elmarié is a passionate educator with extensive experience in the design and implementation of private and public education transformation projects across several continents. She has been included in the Meaningful Business 100 for the transformative work done in education to achieve the UN Sustainability goals. Under her leadership, RITE International Inc and RITE Education Sdn Bhd and Consultancy provide support to governments, foundations as well as private and public entities in the design and delivery of education solutions that result in sustainable transformation. A key current project is a collaboration with AIM (Agensi Innovasi Malaysia) to design GENOSIS - a new accreditation framework for Malaysian public schools. RITE also collaborates closely with the PINTAR Foundation through the national training of PINTAR Foundation school leaders and teachers. Previously the Founding CEO of the Malaysian Collective Impact Initiative, the first Collective Impact organisation in Malaysia, Elmarie now serves as Strategic and Education Adviser to MCII after driving the growth of the Collective to a network of 70+ organisations. MCII focuses on solving issues with literacy and career aspirations in under-served communities through a large scale collaborative and inclusive approach.
