Fairuz brings with her close to 5 years of experience in teaching and training. Having begun her professional pursuit as a teacher at the International Modern Arabic School, she taught English to primary and secondary school students giving main emphasis on the basic skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking.
 Subsequently, she was appointed as a Microsoft Learning Consultant delivering training modules on 21st Century Learning Design by SRI International, Microsoft Office 365 Tool in Education, Windows 10 in Education, Skype and Minecraft in Education to a wide variety of audiences encompassing students from schools and universities, educators in the public and private institutions, IT personnel and officers from the Ministry of Education, to name a few.
In 2018, Fairuz then proceeded to become part of the team at INTI International University and Colleges as an Assistant Manager under the Corporate Teaching and Learning Division. Her main duties involved the management of training programmes, the facilitation of in house face-to-face training, webinar sessions in utilising the Learning Management System and the exploration of other educational tools to be incorporated into the institution’s blended learning. As an instructional designer, she has been responsible for curating and developing content and full online courses in the Learning Management System for postgraduate students. 
Currently, Fairuz is the founder and CEO of Edufye Learnscape Solutions where she provides training on educational tools for the K-12 to Higher Education students and teachers at public and private institutions. Her other roles include consultation to school leaders, parents and educators on enhancing their school programs and pedagogical activities, and to also advise IT personnel in deploying the appropriate tools or platform to support teaching and learning.
A graduate in Bachelor of Education from the Management and Science University, Shah Alam, Fairuz carries with her a wealth of experience from educational training to the integration of technology in learning modules.  Her other skills include public speaking, public relations and project management across varied backgrounds from the education field.
